II. SCOPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION

The personal information collected includes:

Identification information: Full name, contact telephone number, and email address.

Delivery information: Delivery address, including house number, street, ward/commune, district, and province/city.

Transaction information: Purchase history, order number, and VAT invoice details (company name, tax identification number, and company address).

Automatically collected technical information: IP address, browser type, and access time, collected through system cookies to improve user experience.

Note: store-dji.vn does not collect or store sensitive personal data such as customers' bank-card information, CVV/CVC codes, or bank-account passwords.

III. INFORMATION RETENTION PERIOD

Customers' personal data is securely stored on store-dji.vn's servers until the customer requests cancellation/deletion or deletes their account.

In all other cases, personal information will remain strictly confidential in accordance with law and the minimum statutory retention period for accounting and tax records.

IV. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS THAT MAY ACCESS INFORMATION

2. DJI Authorized Service Centers:

Order information and the device serial number are provided for fault assessment, warranty activation, or device repair.

Right to withdraw consent / request deletion: Customers may ask store-dji.vn to stop processing data, restrict sharing, or permanently delete their personal information from the storage system.

Right to complain: Customers may submit feedback or a complaint to store-dji.vn if their personal information is used outside the stated purpose or scope.
