Online Ordering Process

I. PROCESS FOR PURCHASERS

Customers visiting store-dji.vn can easily purchase products by following these steps:

Step 1: Search for and select a product

Visit store-dji.vn and browse products by category (drones, gimbals, action cameras, accessories, etc.) or enter the desired product name in the search bar.

Carefully review the product details, including technical specifications, price, warranty policy, stock status, and included accessories.

Step 2: Add to cart or buy now

After selecting a product, choose the quantity and click "Add to cart" to continue browsing other products, or "Buy now" to proceed to checkout.

Customers may review, change quantities, or remove products from the cart at any time.

Step 3: Enter delivery information

On the Checkout page, provide complete and accurate information:

Recipient information: Full name, contact telephone number, and email address.

Delivery address: House number, street, ward/commune, district, and province/city.

Order notes, if any: requested delivery time, VAT invoice request (including company name, tax identification number, and company address), etc.

Step 4: Select a payment method & review the order

Choose one of the available payment methods described in detail in the Payment Policy:

Cash on Delivery (COD).

Bank transfer.

Online payment by card/payment gateway, where available.

Review all order details: product list, prices, shipping fee, VAT if applicable, and total amount payable.

Select the checkbox confirming agreement to the website's Transaction Terms & Policies, then click "Place order" to complete the order.

Step 5: Order confirmation from store-dji.vn

After receiving the customer's order, the system sends an automatic email/SMS notice stating "Order received" together with the order number.

store-dji.vn's Customer Service Department will contact the customer directly by telephone/email to reconfirm the order details, stock availability, and estimated delivery time.

Step 6: Delivery & joint inspection

The order will be carefully packed and handed over to the shipping provider.

When the delivery staff arrives, the customer performs a joint external inspection, including the box, security seals, and quantity, in accordance with the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

The customer pays for the order if COD was selected and signs to acknowledge receipt.

II. SEPARATE QUOTATION PROCESS (FOR PROJECT ORDERS / CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONS)

For specialized equipment (Enterprise, surveying, or agricultural products) or large-volume orders requiring a separate quotation:

The customer submits a request through the "Contact / Request a quotation" form on the website or sends an email directly to store-dji.vn's hotline/Customer Service team.

store-dji.vn's technical specialists will make contact to assess the customer's needs and recommend a suitable equipment configuration.

store-dji.vn prepares a separate quotation/sale contract and sends it to the customer by email.

The parties agree on the terms, sign the contract or pay the deposit, and complete delivery as committed.
