Pricing listing principles
Prices are listed in VND. The product page and the order confirmation step must clearly state the unit price, quantity, shipping fee, tax if any, and the total amount to be paid.
The website must clearly state whether the price includes VAT. The price used for the transaction is the price displayed at the confirmation step and confirmed by the Company.
I. Price changes
The company may change prices at any time but will not apply them retroactively to confirmed orders, unless the customer agrees.
II. Promotions
Each program must announce the time, product, before/after price or discount level, conditions and limits if any.
III. Price discrepancies
If there is an obvious pricing error due to technical or data entry faults, the Company may suspend to check and contact for confirmation. If the customer does not agree to the correct price, the customer may cancel the order; the paid amount will be refunded according to the Payment Policy.
Separate quotes
Project orders, bulk quantities, configuration or installation are determined by separate quotes/contracts, which have a validity period and payment/delivery conditions.
