I. GENERAL PRINCIPLES & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Transaction Terms govern the rights, obligations, and legal responsibilities between Sumo Solutions Vietnam Company Limited (the entity managing and operating store-dji.vn) and customers when they access the website, review information, place orders, and purchase products or services.

2. Acceptance of terms:

By accessing or conducting a transaction on store-dji.vn, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Transaction Terms and all related policies (Pricing Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Goods Inspection Policy, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy).

3. Right to update:

The Company may amend or supplement these terms at any time to meet operational requirements or changes in law. An updated version takes effect as soon as it is published on the website.

II. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES

1. Geographical limitations:

store-dji.vn provides products and delivery services within the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

We may refuse delivery to areas under lockdown, special security or defense zones where civilian access is prohibited, or locations without legally operating postal or transport infrastructure.

2. Service-time limitations:

The website's online ordering system operates 24/7.

Order processing, technical consultation, and handover to the carrier are performed during business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding Sundays and statutory public holidays and Tet holidays).

3. Purchase quantity limits:

To ensure fair purchasing opportunities for all consumers and discourage speculative stockpiling, each individual customer may order no more than five units of the same product in one order.

Business customers or individuals purchasing large quantities for a project should contact us directly to negotiate and enter into a separate sale contract.

4. Restrictions applicable to specialized technology (Flycams/Drones):

For unmanned aerial vehicles (Flycams/Drones) and specialized radio-transmission equipment, customers are responsible for learning and fully complying with current Vietnamese laws on unmanned-aircraft management, including obtaining permission from the competent authority before flying and avoiding prohibited or restricted military airspace, key government facilities, airports, and other restricted areas.

III. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES DURING A TRANSACTION

1. Obligations of the Seller (Sumo Solutions Vietnam Company Limited):

Transparent information: Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information on the website about technical characteristics, origin, listed prices, stock condition, warranty terms, and shipping costs.

Delivery as committed: Package goods carefully and deliver the correct type, quality, and quantity within the timeframe committed to the customer.

Valid documents: Provide all lawful sales documents (electronic VAT invoice, warehouse release/warranty note, and delivery receipt) as required by law.

Consumer protection: Strictly honor commitments regarding official DJI warranty service and process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the published policies.

Data security: Safeguard customers' personal information and payment data in accordance with personal-data protection law.

Feedback resolution: Promptly receive and address customer questions and complaints through the official complaint-resolution process.

2. Obligations of the Buyer (Customer):

Accurate information: Provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information, telephone number, delivery address, and invoicing information (if any) when placing an order.

Inspection and receipt: Cooperate with the delivery staff to inspect the external condition of the goods upon receipt in accordance with the Goods Inspection Policy.

Full payment: Pay the entire order value in full and on time using the selected payment method.

Compliance with technical instructions and law: Read the user instructions carefully and follow the manufacturer's (DJI) technical-safety rules when operating the equipment. Customers bear legal responsibility for using the equipment for unlawful purposes or in violation of flight-safety regulations.

Account security: Manage and protect the password and website login information for the customer's account (if any).

IV. PROCESS FOR FORMING A TRANSACTION CONTRACT

1. Submission of an order: When a customer clicks the "Place Order" button on the website, this constitutes the customer's offer to enter into a sale contract.

2. Transaction confirmation: The sale contract officially takes effect when store-dji.vn sends a successful order confirmation by email/SMS or Customer Service confirms the order directly by telephone.

3. Right to terminate a transaction: The Company may reject or cancel an order if a technical fault causes a materially incorrect price display, the manufacturer is out of stock, or signs of commercial fraud are detected. If the customer has prepaid, the Company will refund 100% of the amount received within three to five business days.

V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. All content, images, videos, brand symbols, technical materials, and source code on store-dji.vn are lawfully owned by Sumo Solutions Vietnam Company Limited or lawfully authorized by a partner/manufacturer (DJI).

2. Copying, quoting, editing, or reusing website resources for commercial purposes without the Company's written consent is strictly prohibited.

VI. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Governing law: These terms and transaction relationships on the website are governed by the current laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

2. Dispute resolution:

Any dispute or complaint arising from a transaction will first be resolved through negotiation and mediation to ensure fairness and protect consumers' lawful rights and interests.

If the dispute cannot be successfully mediated, it will be submitted to the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City for resolution in accordance with law.
