A Premium Camera Drone Made for Beginners

DJI Lito X1 is a premium camera drone designed to make aerial content creation simple, intuitive, and exciting from the very first flight.

Equipped with a large 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor, omnidirectional obstacle sensing, forward-facing LiDAR, ActiveTrack, and intelligent camera modes, DJI Lito X1 gives beginners the tools to capture professional-looking aerial footage without facing a steep learning curve.

Simply unfold the drone, take off, and start creating. Whether you are documenting a journey, filming outdoor activities, or producing social media content, DJI Lito X1 helps transform everyday moments into cinematic stories.

Under 249 g – Travel Light and Fly with Ease

DJI Lito X1 is designed for creators who are always on the move. When folded, the drone measures only 144 × 94 × 62 mm, allowing it to fit comfortably in your hand, backpack, or travel bag.

With the standard Intelligent Flight Battery installed, its takeoff weight is approximately 249 g. This lightweight design makes the drone easy to carry on holidays, hiking trips, road adventures, and everyday outings.

Regulations for drones weighing less than 250 g vary between countries and regions. Users should always check local aviation laws and flight-zone requirements before flying. When the Intelligent Flight Battery Plus is installed, the aircraft weighs more than 249 g.

1/1.3-Inch CMOS Sensor – Professional Imaging Made Simple

At the heart of DJI Lito X1 is a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor with an effective resolution of 48 MP. The large sensor captures more light, preserves finer details, and produces cleaner images in low-light environments.

Its camera features a 24 mm equivalent focal length, an 82.1° field of view, and a bright f/1.7 aperture. This combination is ideal for filming wide landscapes, city skylines, coastlines, architecture, and travel destinations.

From bright mountain scenery to colorful nighttime city views, DJI Lito X1 delivers detailed, natural-looking images without requiring advanced camera knowledge.

48 MP Photos – Preserve Every Important Detail

DJI Lito X1 supports both 12 MP and 48 MP photography, with a maximum still-image resolution of 8064 × 6048 pixels.

The high resolution provides greater flexibility for cropping, reframing, and enlarging specific areas of an image while maintaining excellent detail. These images may also be described as 8K-class stills because they contain more than 8,000 horizontal pixels.

The drone supports both JPEG and DNG RAW formats. JPEG files are ready for quick sharing, while RAW files preserve additional image data for more advanced color correction and post-production.

Burst shooting, timed photography, and multi-frame AEB options are also available, helping users capture difficult scenes with greater confidence.

HDR Video Up to 4K/60fps

DJI Lito X1 records HDR video at resolutions up to 4K/60fps, delivering smooth motion, vivid colors, and impressive image detail.

In compatible HDR modes, the camera can capture up to 14 stops of dynamic range. This helps retain information in both bright highlights and dark shadows, particularly in scenes with challenging lighting conditions.

Sunlit mountains, reflective water, dramatic clouds, and city buildings surrounded by deep shadows can all be reproduced with a more balanced and natural appearance.

The 14-stop dynamic-range performance is available under supported HDR recording conditions and may not apply to slow-motion video or certain high-frame-rate vertical recording modes.

Slow Motion Up to 4K/100fps

Fast-moving subjects become more dramatic when every detail can be slowed down.

DJI Lito X1 supports slow-motion recording at up to 4K/100fps and Full HD/200fps. These high frame rates are ideal for capturing athletes, ocean waves, moving vehicles, outdoor activities, and other moments that happen in an instant.

By slowing down the action while maintaining high resolution, DJI Lito X1 helps creators build tension, highlight movement, and give ordinary scenes a more cinematic quality.

10-Bit D-Log M – Greater Flexibility in Post-Production

For creators who want more control over the final look of their footage, DJI Lito X1 supports 10-bit D-Log M 4:2:0 recording with H.265 encoding.

The 10-bit color depth helps preserve smooth transitions in skies, water, sunsets, and other scenes containing complex color gradients. It also provides more room for adjusting exposure, contrast, saturation, and color temperature during editing.

D-Log M footage can be matched more easily with video from other cameras, making DJI Lito X1 suitable for larger creative projects as well as everyday social content.

The Normal color profile also supports 10-bit recording when using H.265, while H.264 8-bit recording is available for broader compatibility and faster workflows.

Vertical Video for Social Media

DJI Lito X1 supports vertical video at resolutions up to 1512 × 2688, equivalent to vertical 2.7K, at frame rates of up to 60fps.

The vertical format is optimized for smartphone displays and platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Instead of cropping a horizontal video and losing important image quality, creators can record directly in a social-media-friendly format. This creates a smoother workflow from filming to editing and publishing.

Three-Axis Mechanical Gimbal – Smooth and Stable Footage

The DJI Lito X1 camera is stabilized by a three-axis mechanical gimbal covering tilt, roll, and pan movements.

The gimbal continuously compensates for aircraft movement when the drone accelerates, changes direction, or encounters wind. This helps keep footage smooth and level during flight.

Its controllable tilt range extends from -90° to 40°, allowing users to film directly downward or raise the camera to include more sky and horizon in the composition.

With an angular vibration range of approximately ±0.01°, DJI Lito X1 can produce polished camera movement that would be difficult to achieve using electronic stabilization alone.

ActiveTrack – Keep the Subject in Frame

ActiveTrack allows DJI Lito X1 to identify, follow, and keep a moving subject within the frame.

The feature is especially useful for filming running, cycling, hiking, walking, and other outdoor activities where manually controlling the drone and camera at the same time may be difficult.

Forward tracking speeds can reach up to 12 m/s, while tracking in other directions may reach up to 8 m/s, depending on the selected mode and flight conditions.

Instead of constantly adjusting the controls, users can stay focused on the activity while DJI Lito X1 captures the experience from above.

QuickShots – Cinematic Camera Moves in One Tap

DJI Lito X1 includes several automated QuickShots modes:

Dronie: The drone flies backward and upward while keeping the subject centered.

Rocket: The drone rises vertically with the camera pointing toward the subject.

Circle: The drone flies around the subject in a circular path.

Helix: The drone spirals upward and away from the subject.

Boomerang: The drone follows an expanding and returning oval-shaped flight path.

Asteroid: The drone combines aerial movement and panoramic imagery to create a distinctive visual transition.

QuickShots can record at resolutions up to 4K/60fps, helping beginners execute sophisticated camera movements without manually controlling every stage of the flight.

MasterShots – Automatically Film and Edit a Complete Sequence

MasterShots takes automated content creation even further.

Based on the subject and surrounding environment, DJI Lito X1 can intelligently select a Portrait, Proximity, or Landscape flight path. The drone then performs a sequence of coordinated camera movements while keeping the main subject in view.

After recording, the system can combine the clips with pre-designed editing templates to produce a complete video.

With minimal setup, beginners can create polished travel videos, location introductions, and social media content without spending hours planning complex flight paths or editing individual clips.

Hyperlapse and Waypoint Flight

Hyperlapse transforms slow changes in the real world into short, visually engaging videos.

Moving clouds, sunsets, sunrises, traffic, and changing city lights can be compressed from hours into seconds. DJI Lito X1 supports several Hyperlapse modes, including:

  • Free

  • Circle

  • Course Lock

  • Waypoint

Waypoint mode allows users to define specific flight points and camera positions in advance. The saved route can then be repeated at different times, making it easier to document changes in lighting, weather, seasons, or activity at the same location.

Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing

DJI Lito X1 is designed with a multi-layered safety system to help new pilots fly with greater confidence.

The drone uses an omnidirectional vision system supported by forward-facing LiDAR and a downward infrared sensing system. Together, these technologies help detect obstacles in front of, behind, beside, above, and below the aircraft.

The forward vision system can detect obstacles from distances of up to approximately 20 m, while the forward-facing LiDAR can measure suitable targets from distances of up to approximately 36 m under supported conditions.

The obstacle-sensing system can help identify trees, walls, cliffs, buildings, and other objects along the flight path.

Obstacle avoidance is an assistance feature and does not replace careful piloting. Performance depends on lighting, surface texture, aircraft speed, weather, and environmental conditions.

Quick Takeoff and Smart Return to Home

DJI Lito X1 supports quick takeoff in suitable environments without always requiring the pilot to wait for a complete satellite position lock.

In well-lit areas with clearly recognizable ground textures, the vision system can record the aircraft’s flight route. This allows the drone to assist with Return to Home along the memorized route, even when satellite signals are temporarily unavailable.

The aircraft also includes several Return to Home protections, including:

  • Manually activated RTH

  • Low Battery RTH

  • Failsafe RTH after signal loss

These features provide an additional layer of protection for beginners. Pilots should still monitor aircraft warnings, battery levels, weather, and the surrounding environment throughout every flight.

DJI O4 Video Transmission – A Clear and Stable Live View

DJI Lito X1 is powered by the DJI O4 video transmission system, delivering a live feed at up to 1080p/60fps.

The high-quality live view helps pilots frame shots accurately, monitor the flight environment, and control the camera with greater precision.

The maximum transmission distance is rated at up to 15 km under the IC standard in an open, unobstructed outdoor environment with minimal interference. Under CE, SRRC, and MIC standards, the rated maximum transmission distance is up to 8 km.

These figures are measured in controlled conditions and do not represent a recommended flight distance. Actual performance depends on local regulations, obstacles, electromagnetic interference, buildings, vegetation, and environmental conditions.

Up to 36 Minutes of Flight Time

With the standard Intelligent Flight Battery, DJI Lito X1 offers a maximum rated flight time of up to 36 minutes.

When equipped with the Intelligent Flight Battery Plus, maximum flight time can be extended to approximately 52 minutes. The additional endurance provides more time to explore locations, test different compositions, and capture longer sequences.

Under more realistic test conditions involving light wind, climbing to an altitude of 120 m, and recording 4K/60fps video, typical flight time is approximately:

  • 23 minutes with the standard battery

  • 37 minutes with the Battery Plus

Flight time varies according to wind, temperature, aircraft speed, camera settings, obstacle-avoidance activity, battery condition, and flight behavior.

The Battery Plus increases the aircraft’s weight beyond 249 g and may place it in a different regulatory category.

Wind Resistance Up to 10.7 m/s

DJI Lito X1 offers wind resistance of up to 10.7 m/s, helping the aircraft maintain stable positioning and controlled movement during outdoor flights.

Combined with its three-axis gimbal and satellite positioning systems, this capability supports more reliable footage near coastlines, mountains, open landscapes, and other areas where wind conditions may change.

Pilots should always consider wind direction, return distance, remaining battery capacity, and weather forecasts before taking off.

42 GB of Internal Storage

DJI Lito X1 includes 42 GB of built-in storage, allowing users to record photos and videos even when a microSD card is not installed.

This internal capacity is particularly useful when capturing 4K video, high-frame-rate footage, or unexpected moments when external storage is unavailable.

The aircraft also supports microSD cards for additional storage. Files saved in the internal memory can be transferred through USB-C without powering on the drone, while files stored on the microSD card can be copied using a compatible card reader.

QuickTransfer with Wi-Fi 6

DJI Lito X1 supports QuickTransfer through Wi-Fi 6, with download speeds of up to 50 MB/s under suitable test conditions.

Photos and videos can be transferred directly to a smartphone for editing and sharing, removing the need to connect the drone to a computer after every flight.

Off-State QuickTransfer allows the DJI Fly app to wake the aircraft through Bluetooth and begin transferring files without a complete startup process.

Actual transfer speed depends on the mobile device, wireless interference, file size, local regulations, and surrounding conditions.

USB-C Charging and Parallel Battery Charging

DJI Lito X1 can be charged directly through its USB-C port.

When used with a DJI 65W charger, one standard Intelligent Flight Battery requires approximately:

  • 73 minutes when charged inside the aircraft

  • 45 minutes when charged through the Charging Hub

With a compatible USB Power Delivery charger rated at 45W or higher, the Charging Hub can charge up to three batteries in parallel.

Three standard batteries can be fully charged in approximately 87 minutes under suitable test conditions when using a DJI 65W charger.

For Battery Plus models, one battery requires approximately 56 minutes through the hub, while three batteries require approximately 130 minutes.

Charging time may vary depending on battery temperature, environmental temperature, charger output, and power stability.

DJI Fly – An Intuitive Control Experience

DJI Lito X1 works with the DJI Fly app, providing a simple interface for controlling the aircraft, viewing the live camera feed, selecting intelligent flight modes, adjusting camera settings, and managing recorded content.

The app supports devices running:

  • iOS 13.0 or later

  • Android 7.0 or later

DJI Lito X1 is compatible with controllers including DJI RC-N3, DJI RC 2, and DJI RC-N2.

DJI RC-N3 uses a connected smartphone as its display, while DJI RC 2 features an integrated screen with the DJI Fly app already installed.

The intuitive interface makes the drone accessible to first-time pilots while still offering the creative controls required by more experienced users.

DJI Lito X1 – Create More from Your Very First Flight
